Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit by one of our verified shipping vendors, we will replace your shipment at no additional cost to you, subject to verification and claim approval by our shipping partner.

  • If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipment, please contact us immediately and include photographs of the damage. We will replace the damaged items free of charge after we verify the damage.
